After the Washington’s decision of continuing the economic sanctions for one more year, the relationships between Syria and US have been ruined again. The Syrian president came to know about the ‘outstretched hand’ just weeks before by Barack Obama, when he visited the office.

Not even Damascus has marked any of the Washington’s wish list. Assad also failed to end up relations with Hamas and Hezbollah and keep away from Iran. In addition to this he also exhibited these unions along with Hassan Nasrullah and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

The opposite response on these issues reached the Middle East’s heart – Iran supported Syria and realizes the valid resistance against Israel by Islamic Palestinian and Lebanese unions.
US and Israel both unions have proved themselves to be the terrorist organization due to their indifferent attitude. The issue of supplying advance Scud missiles to Hezbollah by Syria is big example of their terrorism as Israel charged allegations for this. A Syrian analyst Samir al-taqi knows much about the regime due to his close contacts. He calls the Damascus and Washington’s relationship as “co-ordinated non-touch dancing”, though there are only small but very important changes.

Damascus officials claim that they have noticed off practices of isolating Assad regime. This points directly on clear European benefits for improved relationships and investments also.
According to US President Obama Syria’s unusual and extensive threats to national security, economy of US and foreign policy will still continue on thin relations between Israel and Syria but there are signs of chill relationships between Damascus and Washington.
